If you have started the Supra et Ultra faction mission for the UC Vanguard, you may have noticed two Safes with a Master Security Level lock in the Piloting Simulator’s room. The first safe is located in the same room where you can loot the Vanguard Space Tactics 01 magazine. The second safe is located behind Exam Proctor Samuelson.
First Master Safe Contents
Inside the first safe, you will find the following items. Note that save scumming did not change the items:

Second Master Safe Contents
The second master safe’s contents are far less lackluster, as it only contains ammo. Once again, save scumming led to the same items:

Both safes were looted on Very Hard game difficulty, and I would say the second one is not worth spending any Digipicks on.
