The Art Dealer is one of the first side missions you can complete in New Atlantis, as you will find the quest giver, Samson Cebrail, at Jemison Merchantile. I don’t know if it’s just me, but from the moment I saw the guy, he had fishy written all over him. Samson Cebrail will introduce himself as an art lover, merchant, and esteemed critic in New Atlantis for an art trade. You’ll find him browsing the wares at Jemison Mercantile in the New Atlantis spaceport. Samson will commission you to obtain the piece of art from the Trade Authority in The Well.

Get the Art from Zoe Kaminski
The elevator to The Well is next to Jemison Merchantile, inside an alcove. Once you reach the area, turn left at the House of the Enlightened. Inside the Trade Authority, you will find Zoe Kaminski, who you may have also encountered during the Alternating Currents misc mission. Your conversation with her will pretty assertively indicate that the painting is stolen, but at this point, you can’t do anything about it as “all sales are final.”
Deliver the Art to Samson
Head back to the elevator and return to Samson to deliver the painting. Depending on your approach, you can either discreetly pass the artwork or confront him about his intentions. Regardless of your choice, your compensation remains unchanged. You will receive 100 EXP (110 EXP) and an amount of Credits that scales to your level.
