The Nova Galactic Staryard is one of the places Starfield‘s second main mission, “The Old Neighborhood,” will take you in search of Moara. You will find an intersection as you deal with the Spacer and Ecliptic enemies around the facility. You will find the Conference Room in front of you, a path to the Control Room on your left, and a path to the Medical Ward on your right.
The Expert Security Level Door in the Medical Ward

As you enter the Medical Ward, you will see an Expert Security Level door where the red light is. To open it, you will need the Search and Rescue Key.
How to Get the Search and Rescue Key
You will find the Search and Rescue Key on a kitchen sink in the Medical Ward.
Head to your left as you see the door. Proceed forward past the desk and turn left through the door next to the big screen.
This will take you to a room where you must take the door across you and to the right to enter the room with the kitchen sink.
You have now reached your destination. Loot the Search and Rescue Key from the cabinet next to the sink.
You can now head back to the Expert Security Level locked door, unlock it, and grab the loot inside.
