Once you return to The Lodge, after the Helix interference during your departure from Neon, talk to Noel to share information about the attack. An emergency meeting between Constellation members will be held at the Lodge.
Attend the Lodge Meeting
The Constellation members will gather around Noel and start throwing around theories and speculations about who your attackers were.
Talk to Sarah
Eventually, you can have a word in the meeting to give your opinion on who you agree with.
Add the Artifact to the Collection
Add the artifact to the Collection to complete the Starborn main mission.
