Blazamut is the No. 096 Pal in the Paldeck. Asteon is a Fire-type Pal only found at No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary. It is one of the strongest Pals in Palworld and can be used as a flying mount once you craft the Blazamut Saddle (Level 38 and 4 Technology Points required to unlock). Its current ranking among the fastest flying mounts in Palworld is unknown (run and sprint speed values unknown).
Notably, Blazamut, apart from being a powerful fighter and one of the strongest Fire Pals in the game, is also one of the best Mining and Kindling workers with a Mining Lv 4 and Level 3 Kindling work suitability. However, the food price for Astegon is high as its food requirement is 8/10.
Legends say it was born during a volcanic eruption. A strange group even claims that this continent is laid upon the back of a giant Blazamut.
Blazamut Locations (Day & Night Habitat)
To find and capture Blazamut, head to the Deep Sand Dunes fast-travel statue and then fly or swim northeast to reach the No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary. Once again, you will need Heat- and Cold-Resistant armor on your character, as the desert is hot during the day and cold at night.
Blazamut appears in Level 40-45 ranges on the island, so it’s entirely possible that you can capture a lower level one with Giga Spheres. Still, ideally, you will need Hyper Spheres and probably a ton of them to capture it.
Blazamut also appears as a Level 49 Field Boss Alpha Pal in the Volcanic Region of the Palpagos Islands, so if you want to get its Alpha version, you should head there. However, this one is even harder to capture and requires Legendary Spheres. To reach it, you can fast-travel to the Ancient Civilization Ruins fast-travel statue or the Mount Obsidian Midpoint one and use a flying mount to reach the Mineshaft.
