Armored Core 6 Hidden, Loghunt, Training & New Game++ Parts

Armored Core 6 offers players many choices in the realm of mech customization. But not all parts are equal, and not all are easily accessible. There are several components you won’t find in any in-game store. These elusive parts are rewards for completing Training Missions, or they’re squirreled away in hidden containers across various missions, only accessible through the LOGHUNT Program, or unique to New Game Plus playthroughs. Heres the detailed rundown on unlocking every non-purchasable part in Armored Core 6.

Let’s start with Training Missions and their rewards, as they are the easiest way to acquire some free parts early on. Players will come across these after unlocking their first Training Mission post the inaugural main campaign mission, “Illegal Entry.” All training missions except the last one require you to complete a campaign story chapter to unlock, and all except the last one reward you with parts for your AC.

How to Get Hidden Parts

Hidden Parts in Armored Core 6 are like easter eggs that pack a punch. These parts are confined in cylindrical containers marked with blinking lights, often hidden away in corners of the map. You will start encountering such parts once you reach Chapter 2.

How to Get Parts From the LOGHUNT Program

For those willing to go the extra mile, the LOGHUNT Mercenary Program rewards you with unique parts. Complete each Hunter Class gives you access to a new set of parts, but to rank up, you must take down certain enemy mechs, often hidden around the mission maps. Whenever you defeat such a mech, you will gain a Combat Log of a certain color. Meet all the rank’s requirements to complete the rank and receive its reward. Your first encounter with a mech associated with the LOGHUNT program is during mission 1.4, “Destroy the Transport Helicopters,” where you come across a BAWS Tetrapod.

New Game++: For the Truly Committed

New Game++ adds an extra layer of narrative and gives you access to parts you couldn’t find elsewhere. Note that there are two plus signs here, so you must complete the game twice to reach New Game++.
