The three Wildlife Sanctuary islands in Palworld offer a ludicrous opportunity to capture the non-Alpha versions of some of the rarest and strongest Pals in the game. Each of the three islands, No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary, No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary, and No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary, are only accessible using a flying mount or a sea mount.
The No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary features Pals around level 20, so I highly recommend visiting as early as possible to get some great Pals, such as Petallia and Grizzbolt, for your party or base. Meanwhile, No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary and No. 3 Wildlife Sanctuary are endgame locations featuring level 40-45 Pals.
All three Wildlife Sanctuaries feature Beautiful Flowers, which you can loot from the ground to make Strange Juices. You will also find many chests to loot.
A word of warning, though: The islands are meant to preserve wildlife, so PIDF Elites and Officers guard them. Avoid their line of sight, as you will be “Wanted” for trespassing or assault if you attack these NPCs. Removing the “Wanted” status requires leaving the island and returning to your base until the status wears off. While you are “Wanted,” PIDF elites and officers will keep attacking you relentlessly, with more and more spawning around you.

No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary (Location, Drops, and Pals)
No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary is only accessible with a flying or swimming mount. The easiest way to reach it is to fast-travel to the Sea Breeze Archipelago Castaway Beach Great Eagle Statue (X: -98, -713) and fly/swim east.
The sanctuary offers some of the most versatile workers for your base early on (Penking, Vaelet, Petallia, and Grizzbolt). Azurobe is a great swimming mount, and Elphidran is a decent flying mount. You can also farm High Quality Pal Oil, Ice Organs, Horns, Leather, and Electric Organs here.

No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary (Location, Drops, and Pals)
No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary is reachable with a flying or swimming mount from the Ruined Fortress City Great Eagle Statue (X: -561, Y: -247). After fast-traveling to the statue fly/swim northwest until you reach the sanctuary island.
Here, Quivern and Verdash are among the most versatile workers, with Quivern being a very versatile fighter with attacks covering four elements. Jormuntide Ignis is a very strong fire-type pal with Kindling Lv 4 work suitability, making it one of the best kindling pals in the game. There is only one other Pal with Kindling Lv 4.
You can get Coal, Venom Gland, High Quality Pal Oil, Lettuce & Tomato Seeds, and other valuable drops for the Pals in the No. 2 Wildlife Sanctuary.

To reach No.3 Wildlife Sanctuary, fast-travel to the Deep Sand Dunes Great Eagle Statue (X: 528, Y: 525) and fly northeast. The island presents some of the most powerful pals in the game. Faleris is the #3 fastest flying mount in Palworld and the fastest non-legendary mount. Blazamut and Astegon are the two best Mining Pals in Palworld with Mining Lv 4 work suitability, while Orserk is a thunder god with Generating Electricity Lv 4, and Lyleen is the best Planting Pal with Planting Lv 4.
Blazamut, Lyeen, and Orserk are the strongest non-Alpha Pals of their type, as all three of them have passive skills with a +20% boost for their respective elements’ attacks. Finally, Shadowbeak is a powerful Dark-type Pal and the fourth fastest flying mount. Bushi is the most versatile worker among these Pals, but you can get a better version from the Bushi Alpha Boss, which also drops the Legendary Crossbow Schematic.
This island also has the best potential drops, with Coal, Pure Quartz, Pal Metal Ingot, Bones, Horns, Flame Organs, Electric Organs, Carbon Fiber, Innovative Technical Manuals, and more.
