To treat status effects in Palworld, you must build a Medieval Medicine Workbench, which is a Technology that can be unlocked at level 12. Building it requires 30x Wood, 5x Nail, and 10x Paldium Fragments. Once you have a Medieval Medicine Workbench, you can craft Low-Grade Medical Supplies, Medical Supplies, and High-Grade Medical Supplies

Cold

This common ailment is relatively easy to treat. Obtain Low-Grade Medical Supplies either by looting them from defeated Pals, crafting them at a Medieval Medicine Workbench (5x Berry and 2x Horn), or purchasing them from merchants for 240 Gold. Ensure you equip your base with Heaters when building it in cold environments to avoid Cold.

Sprain

A frequent ailment, sprains are easily cured with Low-Grade Medical Supplies. Once again, you can craft those at a Medieval Medicine Workbench (5x Berry and 2x Horn), buy them, or get them as mob drops.

Overfull

A less serious condition, Overfull, can be cured with Low-Grade Medical Supplies, available through looting, purchasing, or crafting.

Fracture

More severe than a sprain, fractures demand standard Medical Supplies. Craft these at the Medieval Medicine Workbench using 3x Ingot, 5x Horn, and 1x Bone, or purchase them for 800 gold each.

Ulcer

Similar in treatment to fractures, ulcers also require standard Medical Supplies for healing.

Depressed

This state indicates a significant decrease in a Pal’s Sanity. Addressing it requires High-Grade Medical Supplies, crafted with a Medieval Medicine Workbench using five ingots, five horns, and two bones. These supplies can also be bought for 3,000 gold from merchants.

Weakened

Caused by mistreatment, this condition affects work efficiency and movement speed. Cure it with High-Grade Medical Supplies.

Hungry and Starving

Preventable through regular feeding, these conditions can significantly reduce productivity if neglected.

Incapacitation

Occurs when a Pal is defeated in combat. Revive them by placing the incapacitated Pal in your Palbox at your base and waiting out the required time.

How to Avoid Status Effects

Status effects can be avoided by building feed boxes, beds, and hot springs for your Pals at your base. Feed Boxes won’t allow your Pals to get Hungry or Starve, while Hot Springs and Beds will keep their SAN high. You won’t be able prevent every status ailment but you will be able to keep them to a bare minimum to ensure that you don’t spend a ton of medical supplies on your Pals.

By understanding and promptly addressing these ailments, players can ensure their Pals remain healthy and productive, enhancing their overall experience in Palworld.
