To reach Terrabrew Coffee, land at New Atlantis’ Spaceport and take the ramp down. Head straight until you reach the ramp to your left and pass the Security scans to enter the city. You will find the main square of the district before you.
Terrabrew Coffee is the store next to Jemison Merchantile, so you can head straight behind the big fountain to find it. Once there, you can talk to the Terrabrew Employee behind the counter to buy coffee.

Getting to Terrabrew Coffee in the Commercial District is even simpler. Fast-travel to the Commercial District, and the Terrabrew Coffee Store will be the first store you see northwest of you. This one is 100% open-air.
