Tourists Go Home is a very simple and funny quest in Starfield‘s New Homestead by Doctor Giuliana Lakota. As you enter the New Homestead outpost from the lower level airlock, you may encounter Giuliana talking to Bill Surlap about a kid tourist who got hurt. Giuliana is not a big fan of tourists, and this will trigger the activity “Speak with Giuliana.” You can talk to Giuliana right there if you are lucky. Otherwise, you must look for her in the Clinic room.

How to Start Tourists Go Home
To get to Giuliana, you can follow the path from the facility’s main entrance and turn right before the stairs leading down. You will reach the botanic gardens area of the outpost, where every hab is circular. Navigate toward the opposite exit of each hab until you reach the one with an elevator. Take the elevator to reach the upper floor of the facility, and from there, turn left to enter the Clinic room, where Giuliana is.
Giuliana wants us to wear a monster costume and scare away tourists, as she is bothered by both their lack of respect for New Homestead’s history and their recklessness. She explains that she has to treat more tourist patients rather than New Homestead locals, and she needs some relief.
If you offer to help Giuliana will give you the Monster Costume item and you will start Tourists Go Home.
Wear the Monster Costume
Open your inventory and go to the New Items tab to equip the Monster Costume. If you haven’t hidden your spacesuit and helmet, you will instantly turn into a giant cockroach or squid of sorts. You must now find some tourists to scare off.
Scare the Tourists
You must scare a group of tourists outside the settlement, close to the spaceport. You can follow the objective marker toward them, but I recommend fast traveling to your ship to save some time. Your objective will be complete when you get close to the tourists while wearing the costume.
Return to Giuliana
Once you are done scaring away the tourists, who ironically will run away inside the outpost’s habs (not that they have much of a choice anyway). You can return to Giuliana at the Clinic to complete Tourists Go Home receive your rewards: 50 EXP and Credits relative to your character level.
