In Persona 3 Reload, players are introduced to a myriad of tasks and challenges designed to enhance their experience and test their strategic prowess. Starting May 10th, one of the initial and intriguing requests players can undertake is Fusion Series #1: Emperor Oberon. This task, however, comes with its own set of challenges, primarily because the game does not provide a direct recipe for fusing this Persona, leading many to resort to trial and error.
Fear not, for we have ventured through the necessary trials to bring you the precise recipe needed to fuse Emperor Oberon. But before diving into the fusion process, it’s crucial to note that your character needs to reach at least level 16 to successfully create Oberon. If you’re not there yet, it’s time to explore Tartarus further and gather those essential experience points.
The secret formula to summoning Emperor Oberon in “Persona 3 Reload” involves combining the Personas Lilim and Unicorn. This combination has been tested and proven to yield the desired Persona, making your journey through Elizabeth’s request considerably smoother.
How to Complete Elizabeth’s Request #17 – Fusion Series #1: Emperor, Oberon
To embark on this fusion adventure, ensure you’ve acquired the Unicorn Persona, which is available on floors 1-20 in Tartarus. With enough exploration, securing its card should be straightforward. In my experience, fusing Lilim with another Persona from the early floors of Tartarus was the key to unlocking Oberon. By the time Elizabeth’s request becomes available in May, fusing the Devil Persona, Lilim, with Unicorn to create Oberon should be achievable without significant obstacles.
Note: The Oberon you will create will be at minimum level 18, even without any ranks of the Emperor Social Link, so it will learn Mazio instantly, as it learns this skill at level 17.
The next steps are simple:
- Visit the Velvet Room, located in Paulownia Mall or at the entrance of Tartarus.
- Choose the “fuse Persona” option and select “Dyad Fusion.”
- Fuse Unicorn and Lilim to create Oberon. The fusion process is designed to be rewarding, as Oberon will automatically learn Mazio following the successful fusion.
Upon acquiring Oberon equipped with Mazio, exit the Velvet Room and engage Elizabeth just outside the iconic blue door. Presenting her with Oberon by selecting Request 17 while he is in your party will mark the successful completion of the Fusion Series #1 quest.
For your efforts and mastery in completing this fusion request, you will be rewarded with the Female Uniforms (W) costume for Yukari, Mitsuru, and Fuuka. This special item can be accessed and utilized through the Equip menu under the Outfit option, allowing you to customize your characters’ appearances as you delve deeper into the mysteries and challenges of “Persona 3 Reload.”
