Apple Inc. is set to overhaul its range of Mac computers by introducing the new M4 processors, which will emphasize advanced AI capabilities, Bloomberg reports. This strategic move is seen as a response to the increasing competition from AI-powered PCs and a recent slowdown in Mac sales.

The mid-tier chip, known as Brava, is set to enhance the higher-spec MacBook Pros, Mac Minis, and the Mac Studio. The most powerful in the series, the Hidra chip, will be reserved for the top-of-the-line Mac Pro.
