Where to Find & Catch Beakon in Palworld

Beakon Paldeck

Beakon is the No. 73 Pal in the Paldeck. It is an Electric-type Pal you will encounter in the desert areas of the map, particularly on the Sand Dunes island. Notably, Beakon is the 8th fastest flying mount in Palworld with a run speed of 750 and a sprint speed of 1200. It’s worth picking up and using as a flying mount until you can get Faleris. Additionally, its Partner Skill, Thunderous, applies Electric damage to the player’s attacks when mounted. Finally, its work suitability includes Transporting Lv 3, Generating Electricity Lv 2, and Gathering Lv 1.

Some think its a related species to Ragnahawk, but there is in fact no connection. Using its sharp beak, it descends on its prey in a quick motion that resembles a bolt of lightning.

Wear Cold Resistant Armor and Heat Resistant Armor and/or appropriate mounts with the Cool or Warm Body Partner when searching for Beakon, as the desert is hot in the day and cold at night.

Beakons appear in high density around the northern parts of Sand Dunes, so you can fast-travel to the Duneshelter eagle statue and head north from there to encounter them. They are the only flying mounts in the desert along with Suzakus, so they should be easy to spot thanks to their lightning-looking appearance. Make sure you bring a lot of Hyper Spheres, although you can catch one with Giga Spheres (but you are going to need a ton of them as I did).
